Kayah Sausages

It is a typical Kayah food. It comes from Kayah State (Loikaw, Demoso). Kayah sausage is made by pork intestine, garlic, ginger, kayah pepper, chili, and salt. The local people like to try it with Rice Wine and often bring back souvenirs from Kayah. Some locals eat it with rice, while others enjoy it with Rice Wine or Beer.
